How much is it and what am I paying for?

Plus is a per-seat subscription with a volume discount: from $34.90 per seat a month, and the more seats, the cheaper each one (up to −50% from 51 seats). You pay exactly for your pool. Yearly is cheaper — about ten months. AI and modules are separate.

How is Free different from Plus?

Free is one seat with a basic agent: to evaluate the product and give seats to staff without an agent. Plus removes the task limit, adds a floating seat pool, shared AI via Gateway, a team console with limits and audit, and invoice payment.

What happens after 14 days?

The first 14 days after install, everything works. After that the app is not blocked — it keeps running on Free with a basic agent. When you hit a limit, you take Plus. Cancelling the subscription also never blocks the app, and your files stay with you.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Plus can be taken monthly or yearly. Yearly is cheaper (about two months free) and handier for teams — invoice payment with a contract. There is no auto-charge: you renew yourself.

How does a company pay by invoice?

For companies, invoice payment is available: bank transfer, a contract offer, closing documents, requisites on the site. Adding seats mid-year is pro-rata. For a team you can request a pilot for your department.

Does the price include ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?

No. Aivium sells the workspace on top of the best models. AI is connected separately: a shared organization credit wallet (top up in packages, credits do not expire within the year, no auto-charge) or your own key — then the wallet is not spent.

What is the team Gateway?

It is a way to give a department shared AI access without handing out keys: the keys live on the organization side, staff work in Aivium, the manager sets per-person limits, and usage is visible in the audit.

What are modules?

Add-on capability packages on top of Plus — for example a set of marketing integrations. Bought per organization (available to all seats), one-time or by subscription depending on the module. The catalogue grows; modules can be paid by invoice too.

Do my files go to the cloud?

Not by default. Aivium is a desktop app: files open from your computer or your connected storage. For AI requests the agent sends selected context to your chosen provider — a separate action, not an upload of your whole folder to our server.

How is it different from Cursor or a browser chat?

A browser chat answers with text but lives poorly inside files; Cursor is built for development. Aivium takes handy IDE approaches and applies them to office documents, spreadsheets, print, images and teamwork — with a predictable per-seat price and invoice payment.

We are building collaboration, an industry module catalogue, external tool connections and team features. The direction is one: a workspace where the agent helps with real files, and a team gets AI under control with a predictable price.
