The AI agent calls ordinary phone numbers through your own telecom operator. Connect your operator's SIP trunk (Zadarma, Novofon or any compatible one) in the cabinet, and the agent can call a customer, introduce itself, discuss the task and write the outcome into Contacts and Tasks afterwards. How it works: — The operator is yours: minutes and numbers are paid to them directly, Aivium sells no minutes. — You confirm every call: the agent prepares the number and the goal, dialing starts after your "yes". — The AI introduces itself at the start of the call; the conversation is never stored on Aivium servers. — Limits on the Aivium side: destination countries, quiet hours, attempt and minute limits, an emergency stop. The agent's voice is Aivium Cloud Voice (GPT-Live); conversation seconds are charged to the AI budget. Consent of the callee and the operator's rules are the connection owner's responsibility.

Calls

Group calls, video and screen sharing in Aivium conversations — on the computer and the phone. Without the module: one-to-one calls and group voice up to 4 people are free. With the module: — up to 25 people in a call (Plus), up to 50 in Team and Ultra; — cameras and screen sharing, «Auto / Economy / High» quality; — the voice agent and the call secretary, recording with a transcript. Whoever starts the call sets its rules: those who join need no module. Sound and video are end-to-end encrypted. Transcribing a recording is paid separately, per minute.
