Terms of Service

1. General provisions

This document is an offer to enter into an agreement for the use of the Aivium software (the "Service") on the terms set out below. By using the Service, you accept the terms of this offer.

2. Subject matter

Aivium is a local desktop application (a workspace with an AI agent). The Service provides a workspace for working with files and the agent. Access to third-party AI providers (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is not included in the price of the application at launch and is connected by the user separately.

3. Plans and payment

• Trial period — free, 14 days from the date the key is activated. The key is issued in your personal account.
• Paid plans and modules are provided on the terms shown on the website, in your personal account, or in the invoice at the time of purchase. The current price, access period, included features, and any special terms are shown before payment.

Prices and plan contents may change. Changes do not reduce the terms of an already paid period unless otherwise expressly stated in a contract, invoice, or the rules of a specific promotion.

Online payments may be processed by payment providers, including Paddle. Where a payment is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record / seller of record for the transaction, collects the payment, issues payment documents, handles applicable taxes, and reviews refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Aivium remains the software supplier and provides product support.

4. Trial period

The trial key is activated by the user in the personal account and is valid for 14 days from the date of activation. No automatic charges are made unless the user separately starts a paid subscription with renewal. After the trial expires, paid features may be limited or blocked until a paid subscription is started; the user's files remain with the user.

5. Paid subscription and access period

A paid subscription provides access to paid features for the paid period. The billing period, renewal options, auto-renewal terms, plan contents, and add-on modules are shown before payment and in your personal account. When the paid period ends, access to paid features may be limited until the subscription is renewed; free features and user files remain available.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. If your payment was processed by Paddle, you can request a refund using the link in your Paddle receipt email, from the subscription management page, or via Paddle support. You may also contact us at support@aivium.app so we can help with the product side of the request.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The user is solely responsible for choosing an AI provider, the context sent, and applying the changes proposed by the agent.
