Employees connect to the company Gateway from home or on the road, even when the office has no public IP address and the router will not open a port. The company Host keeps a connection to the Aivium server, and employees connect through it — no sysadmin, no network setup.
What is included:
— Turned on with one checkbox in the Host settings; an invitation is a single link.
— End-to-end encryption: the Aivium server carries encrypted data only and sees neither messages, nor files, nor AI requests.
— The same «Team», rights and company rules as in the office.
— Works for the Windows service too, with no account sign-in.
If the office has a public address or the router opens a port, you do not need the module: employees connect directly.
