An Aivium agent that runs on our server. Create a project and a chat in the «Cloud» section of your account, write a task — the agent does it and answers in the same chat, even with your computer off. From a phone — through the browser, in your account. What is included: — Cloud projects and chats with history; the content is stored on the server encrypted with the project key. — Email and Telegram from your cloud connections: the agent searches and reads messages, and sends a reply only after you approve the exact recipient and text on a card. — Spreadsheets, documents and presentations: the agent creates and edits XLSX, DOCX and PPTX files and posts the result to the chat. — A cloud browser — only on the sites you listed for the chat. — Chat files with versions: up to 10 MB per file and 1 GB per account. — Up to 300 agent turns a month and separate monthly limits for email and Telegram, documents and the browser. Model usage is paid from your AI balance. Deleted data cannot be restored; it is gone for good from the server backups within 6 months. When the subscription or the module ends, the data stays readable and exportable for 30 days, then it is deleted.

Cloud automations

Automations run on schedule even when the app is closed — and in the cloud when your computer is off. Included: — Cloud wake-up: the schedule lives on the server and wakes the app at the right moment; the run, keys and data stay on your computer. — Cloud runs: the agent performs the automation on our server while your computer is off. — Cloud browser: the agent's own isolated browser on the server. It signs in with a password from the Vault, reads, fills in forms and brings the result to the chat or a project file. If an SMS code or a captcha is needed, a card appears on your phone. — A monthly quota of cloud runs is included.

Portal automation

The agent works in website accounts for you: in Aivium's built-in browser and in a tab of your own Chrome through the free extension. It opens pages, reads, fills in forms, clicks buttons and uploads files — for supplier portals, marketplaces, government sites, CRMs and sites without an API. Included: — A built-in browser with a persistent profile: sign-ins survive between sessions. — Working in your Chrome tab through the Aivium extension — where you are already signed in. — Every action on a site needs your confirmation; passwords come from the Aivium Vault and are never shown to the model. — Captchas and SMS codes: the agent shows the picture, you type the code, the work goes on.
