Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Product and scope
This policy applies to Aivium purchases processed by Paddle. Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for these transactions.
Aivium is automated desktop software and a software-as-a-service product. The product does not include consulting, advisory, design, managed operations, or other services performed by people. Human involvement is limited to ordinary customer and technical support for the software.
Aivium provides a free 14-day trial before purchase, and no payment is required during the trial. The trial allows you to evaluate the product before starting a paid subscription. It does not limit any mandatory rights you may have after a transaction.
2. Refund period
Unless a refund is required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You may ask Paddle to consider a discretionary refund by submitting your request within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund. Paddle decides whether to grant a discretionary refund under the Paddle Refund Policy.
Mandatory statutory withdrawal and refund rights always apply. If local consumer law gives you such a right, Paddle will apply it according to the country-specific periods and terms in the Paddle Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
3. How to request a refund
Submit a refund or withdrawal request directly to Paddle within the applicable period:
- use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email;
- use the support link in your receipt or in your account's billing page; or
- visit paddle.net and select Request refund.
Paddle uses its transaction records to verify the transaction date and eligibility. If you are unsure whether you qualify, contact Paddle through paddle.net.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. Cancellation by itself does not refund a period already paid for.
5. After a refund
If Paddle approves a refund, it returns the funds to the original payment method where possible. Paddle states that eligible refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.
Access to the refunded subscription, paid period, module, AI balance, or other product will end when the refund is issued.
6. Product support
For a technical issue or a product that is not working as described, contact support@aivium.app. We provide ordinary software support and will try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, submit the refund request to Paddle using the methods above.
