Aivium Brand Use

Core Position

Aivium is the product name of the Aivium desktop application and related cloud/account services. The name, logo, icon, screenshots, UI style, website copy, and product materials are owned by the rights holder or used under license.

Until a trademark is registered, use Aivium or Aivium(TM) in public materials. Do not use the registered trademark symbol ® unless registration is actually granted for the relevant jurisdiction/classes.

Allowed Use

You may use the Aivium name in a truthful, non-confusing way to refer to the product, for example:

• "works with Aivium";
• "guide for Aivium users";
• "plugin for Aivium" if the plugin is independently made and clearly marked as unofficial.

Not Allowed

You may not:

• use Aivium logos, icons, or confusingly similar marks without permission;
• name your product, company, repository, domain, package, or social account in a way that implies it is official Aivium;
• copy Aivium's website, application UI, screenshots, marketing copy, or product identity to sell a competing product;
• claim partnership, certification, endorsement, or official status without written permission;
• register domains, app names, package names, ads, or marketplace listings that confuse users about the source of the product.

Forks, Plugins, and Integrations

Independent integrations must be labeled as unofficial unless Aivium has approved them in writing.

Use wording like:

Unofficial integration for Aivium. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Aivium.

Avoid wording like:

Official Aivium plugin

unless approved in writing.

Screenshots and Reviews

Screenshots may be used for reviews, tutorials, and bug reports if they are not misleading, do not expose private user data, and do not imply endorsement.

Enforcement

Aivium may ask users, platforms, registrars, app stores, marketplaces, ad networks, and hosting providers to remove confusing, infringing, or misleading use of the Aivium brand or materials.
