Automations run on schedule even when the app is closed — and in the cloud when your computer is off. Included: — Cloud wake-up: the schedule lives on the server and wakes the app at the right moment; the run, keys and data stay on your computer. — Cloud runs: the agent performs the automation on our server while your computer is off. — Cloud browser: the agent's own isolated browser on the server. It signs in with a password from the Vault, reads, fills in forms and brings the result to the chat or a project file. If an SMS code or a captcha is needed, a card appears on your phone. — A monthly quota of cloud runs is included.

Cloud agent

An Aivium agent that runs on our server, not on your computer. Give it a task in a cloud chat — in the phone app, the desktop app or your web account — and it does the work and replies in the same chat, even with your computer off. What the cloud agent can do: — Documents, spreadsheets and presentations: it creates and edits Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and posts the result to the chat. — Project files with versions: see what changed and roll back any edit. — A GitHub or GitLab repository: import a snapshot with all its folders into a cloud project in one step. — Your own services over MCP: connect your MCP servers and choose which chats can use them. — A cloud browser: the agent opens public websites and gathers data on its own. — Archives and a terminal: it unpacks archives and runs commands in an isolated sandbox with no network access. — You can give it a task by voice. The cloud agent can't reach the files or apps on your computer — that's what the desktop agent is for. Cloud projects are stored on our server, encrypted with the project key. Each month you get up to 300 agent turns plus separate limits for work with documents and the browser. A chat file can be up to 10 MB, and all files in your account up to 1 GB. Model usage is paid from your AI balance. If your subscription or the module ends, your projects stay readable and exportable for 30 days, then they're deleted. Included in Ultra and in the trial; you can add it to other plans. The module is in beta.

Portal automation

The agent handles website accounts for you: in your own browser tabs through the Aivium extension, and in the app's built-in browser. It opens pages, reads them, clicks, fills in forms, and downloads and uploads files — in supplier portals, marketplaces, government sites, CRMs and sites with no API. What's included: — An extension for Chrome, Edge, Opera and Brave: the agent works where you're already signed in. A bar on top shows "Agent at work" with a Stop button. The extension never reads your cookies or saved passwords. — A built-in browser next to your project that keeps you signed in between sessions — beta. — Your Aivium vault fills in passwords; the model never sees them. — Page snapshots at desktop and phone width, to check a layout. — Captchas and SMS codes: the agent shows you the picture, you type the code, and the work goes on. — You approve the important steps. Need the agent on websites while your computer is off? That's the cloud browser: it comes with the Cloud agent module (beta) and opens public websites only.
